Waiting

How we spend our days is of course how we spend our lives.
~Annie Dillard

...and waiting is a difficult way to spend it.
Chasity

My sister just got out of surgery and is in the ICU.
They couldn't get all the cancer but hopefully they got enough
to relieve her pain and give her strength back in her leg.
Hopefully they can attack the rest with radiation and chemo.

Thank you for your continued prayers.

Ok, good news. I hope she recovers quickly and the chemo and radiation does it's job. A friend of mine said that while she was undergoing treatment she envisioned the meds as piranha, eating all the cancer cells. Maybe this will help her too. :0)
