Carefree

re~posted

~and a confession~

So....
several of you called me out on this missing photo.

I had it posted the other day and there it sat with hardly any comments.
and then the doubts set in.

I thought that it must not be very good ~ so I deleted it.
I know~ it was very 3rd grade of me.

I didn't create this blog for praise or criticism.

I created it to be creative.

To learn and stretch and try.

I do love getting feedback
but I must remind myself that this project is for me.

If I like a photo.....then that is what matters.

and I do like it.

I will try to be confident without being haughty.

{{.........a fine line........}}

I will keep following my dreams and stay true to myself.

and I'll leave you with this quote

Only as high as I reach can I grow
Only as far as I seek can I go.
Only as deep as I look can I see
Only as much as I dream can I be.
~Karen Ravn

To thine own self be true.

I really do enjoy your site, Gum balls and Blueberries, conjuring up personal memories for each of us to sort out. Have a good day Chas.

Hi, Chas! I tried to leave a comment, but I guess I may have caught it as you were deleting it because it wouldn't let me leave a comment. However, I think it is whimsical and a step out of what you normally do.
Keep doing your thing! I enjoy seeing you go in different directions!

Good that you reposted it. What matters is how you see the world, not what others think about how you see it. Have a great week and thanks for your visit! – g

This is so great...colorful, vibrant and so different from the flowers we see so much of during Macro photography!!!

My Macro Monday is a bit on the odd side today...would you believe bricks?!! But it's all explained below the photos. Here. Come visit with me if you can. Have a great week.

I'm glad you put the photo back...I love it! Especially since I used to have a gumball machine just like it:) But, I have to tell you...when I tried to leave a comment the first time you posted it...I couldn't. Something about a blogger administrator wasn't allowing comments then...whatever that means. Just so you know it wasn't you or your photo. Lots of us love your talent:)
