Twice the Delight

In wilderness I sense the miracle of life,
and behind it our accomplishments fade to trivia.
~Charles Lindbergh

We were able to find this beautiful double waterfall on our hike.
We could hear the roar of the water long before we could see it.
So the anticipation was building as we walked.
It did not disappoint.
We played in the water for a long time~ getting soaked from head to toe.
It was hard to leave this place.

It was like finding a hidden treasure of God's wonderful creation.
And now it became a little part of us....
a little secret place in our hearts.

I’ve seen double rainbows before but I don’t recall ever discovering a double waterfall the way you have. Thanks for sharing this wonderful photograph of your magical moment!

That looks so beautiful - I've never seen a double waterfall before. The water must have been nice and warm.
